Refund & Billing Policy
Effective Date: January 2026
This policy governs payments made for services provided by Vision Tech Creators.
Payments
We accept payments through:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Approved invoicing methods
All invoices must be paid according to agreed timelines.
Service Deposits
Most projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they secure time, resources, and planning.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued if:
- Vision Tech Creators fails to deliver agreed services
- A written cancellation request is approved before work begins
Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
Digital & Custom Work
Due to the nature of digital services (design, development, consulting):
- Completed work is non-refundable
- Partially delivered milestones are billable
Subscription Services (If Applicable)
Clients may cancel anytime. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only. Past payments are not refunded.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Vision Tech Creators first before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal recovery of costs.

Client Portal Agreement
Effective Date: January 2026
Vision Tech Creators provides clients with secure portal access to track project progress, documents, and communications.
Account Access
Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
Permitted Use
The portal may only be used for:
- Viewing project updates
- Communicating with the Vision Tech team
- Accessing deliverables
Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Upload malicious content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use portal data for unlawful purposes
Data Security
Vision Tech Creators implements safeguards, but no system is 100% immune from cyber threats.
Termination of Access
Portal access may be revoked if a project ends, an account is inactive, or misuse occurs.
Project Terms & SLA
Effective Date: January 2026
These terms apply to all client projects unless superseded by a custom contract.
Scope of Work
All services must be defined in writing, including:
- Deliverables
- Timeline
- Pricing
- Responsibilities
Requests outside scope may require additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
- Required content and approvals on time
- Access credentials if needed
- Prompt communication
Delays in client response may delay delivery.
Delivery Timelines
Timelines depend on project complexity, client feedback speed, and third-party dependencies.
Vision Tech Creators will communicate progress transparently.
Revisions
Design projects include up to 2–3 revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may be billed hourly.
Support & Maintenance
Post-launch support may include limited bug fixes, optional maintenance plans, and hosting/monitoring add-ons.
Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to hosting outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
Termination
Vision Tech Creators may terminate services for non-payment, abuse, unlawful activity, or breach of agreement.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
Effective Date: January 2026
This DPA applies when Vision Tech Creators processes personal data on behalf of a client under GDPR.
Roles
Client = Data Controller. Vision Tech Creators = Data Processor.
Processing Scope
Data is processed only to provide contracted services, maintain project systems, and support client platforms.
Security Measures
We implement:
- Encryption where appropriate
- Access control policies
- Secure infrastructure monitoring
Subprocessors
We may use subprocessors such as:
- Stripe / PayPal
- Google Analytics
- Hosting providers (AWS, etc.)
Subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and compliance obligations.
Data Subject Rights
We will assist clients in responding to access requests, deletion requests, and data portability requests.
Breach Notification
We will notify clients promptly upon confirmed personal data breach as required by law.
International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States with appropriate safeguards.
Termination
Upon contract termination, we will delete or return personal data unless legally required to retain it.
